Nature of Service
We provide car booking and transportation services for travellers to and around Gangasagar Island (Sagar Island), South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. Our service is the arrangement and facilitation of car rides — there is no physical product or goods shipped or delivered.
Service Delivery
When you book a car through our platform:
- Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email containing your Booking Reference Number and trip details.
- Driver Assignment: Once our admin team confirms your booking, you will receive the assigned driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle registration number via SMS and email.
- Service Delivery: The booked vehicle and driver will be available at the designated pickup location on the scheduled date and time. This constitutes the “delivery” of our service.
- Trip Completion: The service is considered fully delivered once the vehicle has transported you to the designated destination as per your booking.
Delivery Timeline
- Booking Confirmation: Within 24 hours of booking (usually within a few hours).
- Driver Details: Sent after admin confirmation, typically 1-24 hours before pickup.
- Vehicle Arrival: At the scheduled pickup date and time as per your booking.
No Physical Shipping
Since our service is transportation and not a physical product, there is no shipping, courier, or physical delivery involved. There is no tracking number for physical shipments. You can track the status of your booking on our Track Booking page using your Booking Reference Number.
